Designer Handbags

• All conditions accepted for designer bags.
• Please note that we do not buy in Mulberry or Michael Kors.
• Please send clear pictures of the back, front, sides , bottom, inside and serial number, if there is one.
• We can give an estimate over the phone.
• The bag can then be sent to us for an in person inspection.
• Payment will then be made once we have confirmed that the bag is genuine.
• Please ensure that you take pictures of any flaws in your items , if you do not, then your estimate will not be valid and a new evaluation will be provided.

What if I decide not to sell?

We ship your items back via next day delivery. If you send your items to us and you’re not happy with our final offer, we ship these back to you via next day delivery so you’re not lost without your jewellery.

We try our best to make our initial offer over email as close to the final value as possible so if you’re happy with the email quotation, we try not to deviate from this.

When do I get paid?

Usually, on the same day you agree to sell your item. If you send your item in via the post, we call up with a final offer and if accepted, we agree to send payment via PayPal or direct bank transfer which is instant. If you’d prefer an alternative method such as cheque, we can try to accommodate your needs. Also if you do this in-store, we can hand over the value of your goods in cash.

What jewellery do you buy?

We will consider almost any form of jewellery from high-end engagement rings to small silver charms. In the past we have purchased items from high end watches to a box of broken jewellery which we carefully restored and gave a new lease of life.
